Heating Pad gout relief

The persons who are suffered from gout always look for gout relief ways to control the pain. Suffered people try almost every method. You can use heating pad and ice pad exchanging after every 15 minute in case of pain attack. It makes the pain more bearable and least severs but does not finish at all. The patients who are not willing to take heat pad can use cold and hot water that has same affect.
Area that is affected drenched in to hot water for 3-4 minutes and then does the same in cold water for 40-50 seconds and carry on until pain go down. Along with heat pad affected immerse the affected joint in hot water adding Epsom salt in it. Keep the affected joint in the water far about 30-40 minutes for better results.
